Let yourself be carried away by the works of artists from all around Europe. Welcome to Kabinet T., a non-profit contemporary art gallery located in the 12th factory building in Zlín. Kabinet T. is a place where the works of both local and foreign artists meet. Kabinet T. is also a place for various research projects and unusual concurrences of artistic and non-artistic activities.

Kabinet T. is an exhibition subject as well as a project space. We look for talents, search for unique visual forms and formulate new exhibition possibilities.

Gallery Kabinet T. was founded in Zlin in 2008 by Lenka Tutschova, who continued the family tradition. The name of the gallery contains the monogram of the collector Karel Tutsch. Kabinet T builds on his legendary gallery in Brno called Na bidýlku, that has made a name for itself thanks to its sharp dramaturgy. In his gallery, Karel Tutsch connected art between generations and gave space to unique projects.
The continuation of his tradition after his death was supported by positive feedback from the artists. Despite the need to move the exhibition space three times, the 14 years of existence are a great proof that the gallery became an indispensable part of the art scene in Zlin. As part of its program Kabinet T. created the Gallery Tour Map.
"We bring art to the public. Since 2008, we have presented the works of almost 100 artists from all over Europe in 76 exhibitions. So far we exhibited the works of artists from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Germany, Great Britain, the Netherlands, France, Poland and Switzerland," says the production manager Hana Kovaříková.
