I believe that the space that surrounds us has an effect on our mood, thinking and energy. That's why one day, when I saw an offer to rent a small space on Kvítková street while riding my bike from work, I decided to left my warm office chair and throw myself fully into the world of flowers.

  As a student I traveled a lot and studied for a while in Copenhagen and later thanks to my work I visited world design exhibitions such as Salone del Mobile in Milan and design weeks in London or New York. Gradually it was becoming clear that what I saw everywhere in the world - small local high-quality brands, nice shopping spaces and personal customer service - was still missing in Zlín. And that people actually care about what they buy and who they buy it from. And that was important to me.

  I believe that the space that surrounds us has an effect on our mood, thinking and energy. And also that it is important to support local makers and at the same time be able to choose high quality.

  That's why one day, when I saw an offer to rent a small space on Kvítková street while riding my bike from work, I decided to left my warm office chair and throw myself fully into the world of flowers.

  Kytku do bytku was born from a long-standing passion and desire to create a place that offers fresh flower combinations, high quality products and original courses.

  Just like the bouquets we tie and the plants we dig in the dirt for, we want to play and try new combinations so that our customers' homes are different every time and the office is bearable.

  It may sound like a cliché, but in our work we approach nature with respect and listen to what people really want. We also do our best to make the gap between the supplier and the customer as short as possible - that’s why we work with local or European growers.

  We create tailor-made bouquets for each personality. We love that thanks to our work we can make someone’s day and hear back about their experience. We also enjoy flower courses. You will also find cute interior accessories from local designers in our shop.

  We want everyone who enters our studio to feel good and have a good time. You’ll often find us talking with our customers. Whether it’s about everyday life or we’re solving a „philosophical“ question, we are actually becoming friends. And like that you just know what kind of bouquet to make for that person.

  Aren’t we basically kind of a flower pub? ;)
