Our two apartments are named after our beloved grandmothers. Each has a very unique spirit created by both new and re-newed design pieces and special items inherited from our ancestors.

ANNA
The spacious ANNA apartment is filled with an atmosphere of fine accessories and light. It is suitable for families with children or for those who seek to retreat from the world, for lovers and all who want peaceful and a harmonious space.

The apartment includes a kitchen with a dining table and original chairs that were part of the Baťa's factory. In this spirit are also the walls of the kitchen, unplastered exposed brick, so typical of Zlín's architecture. It also includes a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet and a storage room where you can wash or store larger luggage. From the kitchen you go to the magnificent bedroom.
The apartment is named after our grandmother 'Anna', who left us a beautiful crystal chandelier, which dominates the whole bedroom. Its reflections of warm light fill us with memories, joy and respect for our families and ancestors.

MARIE
Smaller but fully equipped apartment MARIE is created with the spirit of Scandinavian design in mind. Wood combined with clean linen and thoughtful use of every inch of the space provides a sense of simplicity that extends way beyond its environment.

The space includes a small kitchenette with a living area, a sofa and a dining table overlooking the pool and a bamboo grove. The bedroom is tiny, but perfect for two who just love each other. The whole apartment is dominated by a beautiful large bathroom with a historic sink.
We named the apartment after our second grandmother Marie, as a tribute to her life and reference, even for those who come after us. Her reminder is the image of the landscape, which you can admire in the apartment.
Shared space
In both apartments our guests enjoy the privacy of a separate entrance and full access to the beautiful garden with chickens and small lake. Take a plunge in the pool or catch some morning sushine while sitting on the front porch bench sipping coffee. Simply choose your own adventure.

And for kids it is like a paradise because we were free to enjoy the beauties of garden. "Lenka and her husband are very nice people. They repeatedly gave us homemade eggs and vegetables from the garden; We received practical tips from them several times about what are the best places to see in the city. It is also possible to enjoy the peaceful garden. Its upper part with a pond offers beautiful, quiet and romantic sitting. The lake was guarded by a beautiful dragonfly Aeshna juncea. However we can’t guarantee it will be there next time as well! :-) The apartment was clean, nice, well furnished with everything you might need. In terms of design and functionality, we greatly appreciated the well above-average bathroom. Thanks, it was great. ”

“Accommodation was very nice, the place is furnished with great taste. We enjoyed breakfast on the bench in the beautiful garden in morning sunshine. It was divine. The hosts are very nice and friendly and we even got homemade eggs for breakfast! Accommodation is within walking distance (20-25 minutes) to the center and in the immediate vicinity of Baťa’s houses and the former factory complex. I highly recommend. We would stay here again! ”
